These classes are designed to keep students fit, strong and flexible. The class consists of a thorough warm up followed by carefully created strengthening, stretching, loosening and stamina exercises specific to dance to help students improve their technical ability and become better dancers.

This is an open class and anyone is welcome to join, whether you dance or just want to keep fit. But be warned, it’s not for the faint-hearted - this class is energetic and high intensity, so you might want to bring a towel!
